• The donation was made fraudulently
• The donation was made in duplicate
• The donor made a specific request for a refund within 30 days of the donation

Refund Procedure

• The amount of the donation
• The reason for the refund request

We will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund within 10 business days. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
